Sime Darby Auto Connexion (SDAC) has introduced a new limited-edition Jet Black colour for the Ford Ranger WildTrak, now available in Ford showrooms nationwide. The Ranger WildTrak in Jet Black retails for RM141,588.00 inclusive of GST.

Syed Muzri emphasised that as far as safety features in the pickup truck segment are concerned, the Ranger is unrivalled in this country. This includes Electronic Stability Control (ESC) and ISOFIX child safety mounts that come as standard, making Ranger the only pickup truck in Malaysia to offer these two important safety features across all variants.
On top of that, the Ford Ranger WildTrak is also equipped with an array of smart technologies such as SYNC 3 – the latest generation of Ford’s in-car connectivity system that boasts an 8-inch colour touchscreen to operate phone, entertainment and climate control using a simple voice command system.
Other smart technologies available in the WildTrak include Hill Launch Assist – which holds the Ranger in place for up to three seconds when the driver removes the foot from the brake – Adaptive Load Control, which maximises control when carrying heavy loads, and Emergency Brake Assist.
The Ford Ranger WildTrak’s safety and suite of new technologies are complemented by a stylish, smart and functional new interior, as well as best-in-class water-wading, towing and payload capabilities. In the powertrain department, the Ford Ranger WildTrak is powered by a 3.2-litre Duratorq 5-cylinder TDCi diesel engine, paired to a 6-speed automatic transmission with Sportmode. It produces a total output of 200 PS and 470 Nm of torque while fuel efficiency has been improved by up to 12% compared to its predecessors.
