Ever since BMW pulled the covers off the all-new seventh-generation G30 5-Series, the company have been releasing videos detailing past generations of the 5er.
For this video, BMW proudly presents the outgoing F10 5-Series, a successor to the earlier E39 5-Series. The sixth-generation 5-Series was introduced 7 years ago in 2010 and rocketed to become the company’s most successful 5-series model.
The debut of the F10 5-Series also saw BMW introducing a new electro-mechanical steering, which allowed BMW to implement its parking assistance system for the F10. On top of that, BMW also added Lane Departure Warning, Forward Collision Warning and BMW Night Vision to the F10 5-Series.
