Mazda to unveil all-new 2017 CX-5 at the LA Auto Show!

Mazda has announced that they will be unveiling the all-new 2017 Mazda CX-5 at the 2016 Los Angeles Auto Show. The Mazda CX-5 was earlier spied here.

According to Mazda, the new 2017 CX-5 will be continue the company’s KODO design language, though from the teaser, it is very hard to make out the new SUV’s design.

However, thanks to some dim lights, we can observe that the new CX-5 does carry over some of its predecessor’s design elements, including the character line across the sides, slightly sloping rear roof and the signature kink at the rear window. From the provided teaser, it appears that the CX-5 will be more upmarket than before, with chrome strips fitted at the bottom of the windows.

In order to give you guys a better look, we’ve enhanced the teaser image a bit, which give a better idea of how the new model could look like. On top of the earlier mentioned changes, we can also expect the new Mazda CX-5 to feature a sharper nose up front, similar to the one found on its smaller sibling, the CX-3.
