Targeted at the city-commuter who relies on his or her cub bike as a means of daily transport, Boon Siew Honda has just launched the all-new Honda Wave Alpha 110, with an affordable starting price of just RM3,899!
An upgraded model to the current Wave 110, the new Alpha is dubbed ‘The Urban Dominator’ and is targeted squarely at the budget-conscious buyer who needs a reliable means of daily transport. “The Wave series has proved popular among Malaysians because of its performance and affordability, in addition to being stylish and high-quality” said Koji Onishi, MD & CEO of Boon Siew Honda Sdn. The Wave Alpha is powered by a 110cc single-cylinder engine with a top speed of 91kmh, which is ideal for city-commuting. It also returns very good mileage, with a claimed 51.8km/L. There are two variants in six-colours to choose from, but both have an electric-starter as well as a kick-starter. The easiest way to differentiate both models is that the base-model, priced at RM3,899 (below) comes with regular spoke wheels, while the other, priced at RM4,299 (above) comes with alloy wheels (both prices excluding GST). Both models share the same engine and 4-speed ‘constant-mesh’ gearbox.
