Sime Darby Auto Connexion (SDAC), Ford’s exclusive distribution partner in Malaysia, recently opened its newly upgraded Ford dealer showroom and service centre – SNS Kembara Utama Sdn Bhd (SNS Kembara) in Ipoh, Perak.
The SNS Kembara showroom is designed with Ford’s global Brand and Retail standards, including three additional service bays with vehicle hoists to better serve Ford customers.
“SNS Kembara is designed to offer Ford’s fast-growing customer base in Ipoh, Perak the very best sales and aftersales experience,” said Syed Ahmad Muzri Syed Faiz, Managing Director, Sime Darby Auto Connexion.
“This upgraded showroom and service centre is part of Ford and SDAC’s network expansion and customer service enhancement plan. We are making it easier for customers to interact with us by expanding existing dealerships so they incorporate sales, service and spare parts under one roof,” he added.
This upgraded facility is equipped with the latest Ford diagnostic tools. All Ford SNS Kembara employees, including technicians, sales and service staff, have received Ford’s globally recognised training to develop their expertise and serve customers better.
While waiting for their service appointments, customers can relax in the dedicated customer service lounge and enjoy free Wi-Fi, hot beverages and snacks.

SNS Kembara Utama Sdn Bhd showroom is located at Lot 11855, Jalan Tun Abdul Razak, 30100 Ipoh, Perak. The showroom is open from 8:30am-5:30pm from Monday to Saturday, and from 11:00am-4:00pm on Sunday, while the service centre opening hours are from 8:30am-5:30pm from Monday to Saturday.
