Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) and SP Supreme Autohaus has launched the new Volkswagen Batu Pahat 3S Centre. This is the only Volkswagen 3S Centre located in northern Johor.
Spanning a total of about 25,000 square feet, the Volkswagen Batu Pahat 3S Centre showroom is able to display up to 5 cars, while the service centre has 6 service bays manned by experienced and trained aftersales staff. This outlet is also equipped with the latest diagnostics tools and aftersales equipment as approved by Volkswagen Germany.
For customer convenience, the 3S Centre’s customer lounge comes with Wi-Fi connection, a café with light refreshments and TV for entertainment.
SP Supreme Autohaus had invested a total of RM6.5 million into the 3S Centre to cater and support both Volkswagen sales and aftersales services in the areas of Batu Pahat, Muar, Kluang, Yong Peng, Segamat and other locations within the region. The company also plans to launch another 3S Centre located in Permas Jaya next month.
The Volkswagen Batu Pahat 3S Centre showroom and sales operates daily from 9:00am to 6:00pm. Aftersales services are available from Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 6:00pm and on Saturday from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Both sales and aftersales are closed during public holidays.
