The newly-launched Proton Saga may be fresh on the market, but that has not stopped the company from possibly offering a new variant in the lineup.
Likely to slot above the Saga 1.3 Premium, this test mule sports a unique bodykit that wraps around the entire vehicle, giving the Saga a more athletic appeal. As far as the exterior is concerned, the only difference is the addition of the wraparound skirting. Other Saga 1.3 Premium features, like the 15-inch alloy wheels, rear boot lid spoiler and chrome number plate garnish appears to be identical.
There are no photos of the purported Saga SE’s interior as yet, though it is possible for Proton to include leather upholstery, push start button and a new infotainment system on the Saga.
Expected Proton to offer the same 1.3-litre Campro VVT four-cylinder mill, though likely only available with a CVT.
