Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE) Highway

PROLINTAS Expressway Sdn Bhd, the operator for Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE), will begin to implement full Electronic Toll Collections (ETC) at the Bukit Jelutong Toll Plaza, Elmina Toll Plaza and Lagong Toll Plaza effective from 12.00 noon on Wednesday, 2 March 2016.

This implementation is part of the company’s effort to provide a smoother travel for its road users and also in line with the government’s effort to implement full electronic toll collection systems at all highways in the country.

GCE has been distributing free Touch ‘n Go cards to highway users since the 18 January 2016 at all its cash lanes toll plazas. Road users are required to purchase a reload of only RM5 for each card to get them for free whilst stock last.

Whereas SmartTAG units are sold at RM99 from 2 February 2016 onwards while stocks last. Road users are required to reload a value of RM20 on their Touch ‘n Go card upon purchase of the SmartTAG unit.

In order to encourage the use of the ETC system, GCE has also begun operating 24-hour reload lanes at all toll plazas since 2 February 2016.
