All-new Honda BR-V Now Open For Bookings!

Honda Malaysia today announced that its much-anticipated 7-seater crossover, the BR-V, is now open for booking at all 88 Honda authorized dealers nationwide!

Slotted below the Honda HR-V compact crossover, Honda didn’t announce the official price for the BR-V yet but it is expected to be more affordable than the HR-V.

The BR-V (also known as Bold Runabout Vehicle) which was specially developed for the ASEAN region, was first launched in Indonesia followed by Thailand, India and Philippines. With the space of a MPV and styling of an SUV, the BR-V is expected to meet the demands of the Malaysian market in the 7-seater segment for a vehicle of greater value, style, space and practical features.

Powered by Honda’s 1.5L i-VTEC engine with an output of 120PS and 145Nm of torque, 145Nm of torque, mated to a Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT), the BR-V takes top position in its segment for engine power.

In terms of its overall looks, the BR-V appears in Honda’s signature Solid Wing Face design and a sleek Roof Rail that gives the 7-seater crossover a bold and stylish appearance. Drivers can enjoy a high view point with the highest ground clearance in the segment at 201mm. The trendy exterior is further enhanced with Daytime Running Light (DRL) and 16-inch Dual Tone Alloy wheels. The BR-V also comes fully equipped with practical features such as reverse camera and sensors as a standard feature.

The BR-V is poised to be the smart choice for families being the 7-seater with class-leading boot space of 223-litres with all seats up. The space increases to 539-litres when the 3rd row seats are folded. Seats in the BR-V are designed for multi-configuration, enabling the space to be easily manipulated for the users’ convenience. The 2nd row seats adjusts with an easy One Touch Tilt & Tumble in a 60:40 configuration while the 3rd row seats comes in a 50:50 split configuration and Full Tumble.

Comfort of passengers is enhanced with leather seats and rear air-conditioning which are included in its features. One can only imagine the adventures the family can go on with the space, versatility and comfort that the BR-V has to offer.
