Watch This Guy Hunt for Pokemon at the Nurburgring [+video]

Pokemon Hunting

Unless you’ve been living under a rock lately with no internet connection, there’s a rage going on about a new mobile game called Pokemon Go.

Since the game was released, everybody including perfectly rational adults have been burying their heads in their phones wandering through public areas in pursuit of catching a Pokemon.

The international release of the mobile game had been delayed following an unexpectedly high volume of downloads in the US, Australia and New Zealand which caused it to crash. Just over week after its release in Australia and New Zealand it has finally launched in Europe. Germany was the first European country to get the game earlier this week.

Boosted Boris from Germany who is a fan of the game, wanted to see what kind of pocket monsters were roaming the legendary Nürburgring so he requested for a Ring Taxi – he calls it a PokéTaxi – to take him for a one lap around the ‘Ring’ to see what kind of Pokemon he could find.

Although Ring Taxi driver, Dale Lomas claims he could do a full lap in less than 8 minutes in the BMW M3, the entire video lasted for 20 minutes 47 seconds from start to finish – which could possibly be his slowest lap time ever!

If you have a few minutes to spare, check out the video below where Boosted Boris catches everything from a fox, bird, worm to a crab on his taxi ride through the Nürburgring.
