Seen above is allegedly the facelifted 2017 Mazda 3, supposedly taken from a Japanese brochure. The Mazda 3 is also known as the Mazda Axela in Japan.
Visually, the updated Mazda 3 gets a slightly reshaped front grille, as well as a re-positioned Mazda logo and shorter chrome inserts. The chrome inserts now ends at the headlights, which previously was positioned over the headlights. The bottom half of the facelifted Mazda 3 gets reworked turning lights with a slimmer profile plus a lower air vent. It also appears that Mazda has updated the design of the alloy wheels as well.
In addition to that, Carscoops has also speculated that the facelifted Mazda 3, like the updated Mazda 6, could receive an updated rear end as well as an enhanced interior.
