Earlier this year, Young Machine – the Japanese motoring magazine, reported that there may be a twin cylinder Honda CBR250RR in the works to replace the single cylinder CBR250R.

Several weeks back, there have been reports and images rendered for the new upcoming 2016 CBR250RR and not forgetting the CBR350R for the European markets.

The new CBR is set to be a competition for the Yamaha R25, KTM RC250, Kawasaki Ninja 250R and the 300cc range sport bikes from the said competitor brands.

From the renditions, we can see that the bike comes with ABS (most likely only for the 300cc variation), upside down forks, parallel twin and a sleeker fairing. The bike is expected to begin production in mid-2016 according to Indonesian motoring site TMCblog.com.
