Volkswagen Malaysia upgraded one of its service centres in Langkawi to a 3S (Sales, Service and Spare Parts) facility recently.
Operated and wholly owned by Goh Brothers Motor Sdn Bhd, the upgrade stems from the dealer’s ‘core pursuit to strive for excellence in professional customer service’, according to VGM. The new 3S dealership, located in Pusat Bandar Kuah, will provide customers with mobility solutions from Volkswagen Malaysia’s product portfolio, alongside servicing and repairs for maintenance.

The single-storey 9,370 sq.ft Volkswagen Langkawi dealership comprises 3 service bays, which are able to accommodate up to 5 vehicles. The new Volkswagen Langkawi 3S Centre is additionally furnished and equipped with a service concierge, a lounge, free wireless internet access and complimentary beverages to provide a pleasant and complete customer experience.

Established in 2007, Goh Brothers Motor Sdn Bhd currently operates 7 dealerships in Malaysia, with emphasis in the northern region. The breakdown of dealerships consists of 2 in Penang, 2 in Kedah and 3 in Perak. Additionally, Goh Brothers also plans to launch a 4S Centre (sales, service, spare parts and spray paint) in Batu Caves this year.
