Ford Motor Company’s Malaysian distribution partner, Sime Darby Auto Connexion, has relocated its Ang Trading Batu Pahat showroom and service centre to a new location, which will be offering upgraded facilities for customers.
Since 1980, Ang Trading Batu Pahat is the longest running Ford dealer here in Malaysia, boasting 35 years of experience. The new location will be more strategic, which provides convenience to a wider target audience, and at the same time, doubling the showroom space and adding three more service bays.
Lee Eu San, managing director of Sime Darby Auto Connexion said, “This new facility represents a significant upgrade for Batu Pahat customers. With an investment of RM1.5 million, they will be better equipped to cater to all sales and aftersales needs of new and existing Ford customers.”
Ang Trading Batu Pahat is equipped with free WiFi and hot beverages for waiting customers. Ford-certified technicians will be staffing the six service bays which are equipped with the latest Ford diagnostic tools. The Quick Lane bays are designed for jobs less than 2 hours, like vehicle maintenance and minor-repairs, without having the need for registration.
Lee also said, “This new facility is part of Ford and SDAC’s commitment to network expansion and customer service, with SDAC investing RM140 million over the next two years to upgrade existing Ford showrooms – as well as adding three new dealers to our current network.”
Besides that, Ang Trading Batu Pahat will be offering a free TV for the first 10 customers who book their desired Ford models after the official launch, as well as a free 10-point safety check for customers who service their cars, till 28 February.
Ang Trading Batu Pahat can be found at Lot 1183, Jalan Mohd Akil, 83000, Batu Pahat, Johor. The showroom is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Sunday while the service centre opening hours are Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
