Mitsubishi Colt from Germany is a Ferrari beater! [+Video]

Take a good look at this picture. At first glance it looks like an ordinary Proton Satria driven by a college student who knows a thing or two about cars. However, to coin the term “wolf in sheep’s clothing” would suit the description of this gray Mitsubishi Colt. So what happens if you put an ordinary two-door Mitsubishi Colt into the hands of some maniacal German tuners? The result is this 978hp hatchback, with performance figures capable of putting any AutoBahn-stormer to shame.

To start, the German tuners installed a huge turbocharger into the 2.0L 4G63 engine that has been a favorite engine transplant for Proton Satria modders back in Malaysia. Serious modding work from Boba Motorsport enabled the 2.0L engine to produce the horsepower figures of a Buggati Veyron. What is unnoticeable is this Colt has been modified to move all four wheels – that’s right, it’s all-wheel drive! After all, there is no way the original front-wheel drive configuration could cope with over 300hp, let alone more than three times the aforementioned figure.

The result of these insane modifications allows the Colt to sprint from 0-100km/h in 3 seconds, with the top speed of almost 315km/h. Such figures have effectively destroyed every Ferrari 458 Italia or McLaren 12C in Europe. If you have five minutes of spare, hit the video below to watch what could be the fastest Proton Satria Mitsubishi Colt in the world.
