There is an innate feeling that I can’t fathom, the feeling of being absolutely free the moment you let go. It is that sensation that drives drifters to drift their cars through obstacles or even fuel one of the most popular anime TV series around the world. Some say that drifting is an art form, others say it is a feeling of being absolutely free with no boundaries.
To me drifting reflects one’s life, how you handle your car and how you react tells the world something about yourself. And when BMW decided to start a series (#BMWstories) with owners and their stories, I jumped on the bandwagon a couple of months back and took to Twitter to reveal mine.

The city’s streets became a stage for a “drift mob show” featuring the BMW M235i Coupe, professional stunt drivers and a Hollywood film crew that documented the sensational happening in a video clip. On 30 July 2014, the drift mob video starring the BMW M Performance automobile will celebrate its online debut on the new communication platform www.bmw.com/BMWstories.
