Instead of a lavish auto-show debut, Toyota has decided to introduces the 2015 Sienna via the Web using a few fun videos from parents who have discovered the wonders of social media.
Back to the updated ‘Swagger’ Wagon, the Sienna is now available with a built-in microphone to amplify the driver’s voice through the rear speakers so parents don’t have to shout at passengers seated in the back. Apart from that, the Sienna also comes with a Dual-View, Blu-Ray rear seat entertainment system that will keep their back seat passengers occupied before reaching their destination. More soft touch materials throughout and an optional black leather interior help families embrace the minivan lifestyle, says Toyota.
On the outside, the 2015 Sienna gets a redesigned front grille and tweaked headlamps for versions with the newly available LED daytime running lights. On the safety front, the Sienna comes equipped with eight airbags, while the panoramic reverse camera now comes standard and has virtual guidelines to help navigate the driveway with greater confidence.
If you notice, there aren’t many changes found in the new Sienna because Toyota was more interested in talking about their video campaign that includes a series of custom videos made by “creative, social media-savvy parents”. So do watch these videos below and have a good weekend!
