Toyota teases with the Aygo, to debut in Geneva

Toyota Aygo

Toyota has revealed this first teaser image of the all-new Aygo city car before it makes its world premiere at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show.

Toyota hasn’t disclosed any information about the new car at the moment but an aggressive front-end with a Lexus-style pinched front grille, and sharp headlights with LED daytime running lights, can clearly be seen from the picture above.

As with the previous generation Aygo, the car has been co-developed with the Peugeot 108 and Citroen C1. All three city cars will make their debuts at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show that kicks starts in March.

As mentioned in a previous post, the Peugeot will be offered as a fixed roof hatch, or a TOP! version with a back fabric roof top, just like the Fiat 500C. It’s not clear whether the Aygo will come in the same choice of bodystyles, but we can expect it to share the majority of its other components with the 108. We’ll bring you full details of the Aygo, the Citroen C1 as well as the Peugeot 108 when all models makes it official reveal at the Geneva show!
