More than often, a wrecked car is often written off by insurance companies, especially if the said car was torn in half. But not this Ferrari Enzo, which reportedly will see an increase of value!

This particular 2004 Ferrari Enzo with chassis number 135564 left the Maranello factory in Rosso Corsa. However, just two years later, the Enzo got into a serious accident, resulting in the supercar splitting in half. It was reported that the Enzo was traveling at about 260 km/h. Both the driver and passenger survived.

Despite its damage, the Ferrari Technical Assistance Service rebuilt the car, and added some modern touch to the supercar, which includes satellite navigation, a Bose stereo system, a reversing camera, power windows, and a rear spoiler in carbon fibre. Currently, the car has only 2,500 km on its odometer and has remained in Europe since its rebuild.

RM Sotheby expects the Nero Daytona Ferrari Enzo to fetch between 1.5 million Euros to 2 million Euros. A very high price to pay for something that was once a wreck. Good news is, at least one of these increasingly rare example of the Enzo lives on.
