Nippon Paint Malaysia has just unveiled a total of 40 new supporting colours that is forecasted to trend for the next 24 months. These colours are derived from 9 trending decorative colour palettes by the Asian Pacific Chromazone Colour Forecasting Workshop.
The 40 colours will be available in metallic, pearl and solid finishing, and will be categorized into “Just Me”, “Sacred Love” and “Revo-Evolution” themes.
“Just Me”, ideal for compact cars, represents individualism. For the hybrid car owners, “Sacred Love” would show their love for nature well. As for the MPV and sedan crowd, “Revo-Evolution” reflects the period of transition.
Mr. Alex Yoong, Assistant General Manager-Marketing of Nippon Paint Malaysia explained, “At Nippon Paint, we understand that consumers like to have personality traits reflected on the vehicles we drive, and of the most effective ways of doing this is through colour.”
“As such, through our Re:Think, Re:Create philosophy sparked our Trend Beyond Colours and Automotive Colour Trend Showcase initiative, where we strive to create an avenue for end-users to fully immerse themselves in the up-coming-trends, making it easier for vehicle owners to truly express themselves through colour,” he continued.
Besides that, Nippon Paint Malaysia also gave an insight of their new Nax Crystal 9905 with CyGLAZ® technology. This is a clear-coat which features Nippon Paint’s CyGLAZ® technology, which provides a tough protection and mirror-like gloss finish.
